3. Ticket Scanner Disclaimer

Our “Scan Ticket” feature uses third-party artificial intelligence APIs (including, but not limited to, OpenAI and Google Gemini) to extract information from images.

  • These tools are not perfect and may misinterpret ticket data.
  • We do not store your ticket images permanently.
  • You are solely responsible for confirming your numbers with official sources.

4. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMZ Apps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
